Teaching faculty – multiple positions (immediate)

East Asia Management University (EAMU) is an international university from Singapore with a city campus located in Phnom Penh. It is licensed and authorised by the Cambodian government to deliver internationally recognised university programs and courses at all degree levels. The university is currently recruiting suitable and qualified candidates for FULL TIME teaching positions.

We are hiring

  • Lecturers – Computing and Information System. (IMMEDIATE)
  • Lecturers – Accounting and Finance (IMMEDIATE)
  • English teacher cum developer

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Master/PhD degree in the specialised fields of teaching.
  • Bachelor degree (in TESOL or Language Education) for English teaching.
  • MUST HAVE – At least 4 years teaching experience at university level.
  • MUST HAVE – Substantial corporate working experience in the related field
  • Subject expert with effective teaching techniques for active learning
  • Possess good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong work ethics, responsible and a passion for teaching.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Teach to enlighten the students and generate their interest to discover.
  • Develop and review lesson plan, courseware and assessments for improvements.
  • Obtain excellent rating from students for effective teaching and student care.
  • Attend to the daily student matters for the smooth conduct of classes and school activities to support academic performance
  • Maintain proper record of student attendance, conduct and individual performance for intervention strategy, if required.
  • Coordinate the pre- and post- stages of each teaching semester, including course planning, resources management and class scheduling
